You may request to return either for refund or exchange. Return items must be shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of the items. When you return the items, please make sure items are in the same condition as when you received them.

If the items you received are defective or we sent you the wrong ones or you are not satisfied with the items you ordered. 100% money back is guaranteed. The original shipping cost is refundable as well. Shipping charges for the return is at the buyer¡¯s expenses.

If the clients send items back without any notification, or if we fail to receive the returned items because the buyers put the wrong return address, Westnike.com will be not in title to refund or exchange the items returned.

If you request return, please send us the item number, the reason you make a return and inform us of the tracking number after you have the items shipped out. We will send you our receiving address for return once your return request is confirmed.

Westnike.com reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange with any indication that the returned itmes has been used, damaged, changed or uncompleted due to buyers¡¯ carelessness or improper use. Please insure your return. The items are subject to the final inspection before your return is processed.

You may exchange your item for any other available one of equal or lesser value item. If you exchange for a lesser vale item, the remaining balance is non-refundable. If you exchange for higher value one, extra payment should be made.
